A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of decent strawberries and wheat malt. Taste of mild strawberries, lacto, wheat, brett? Easy to drink.

Mild säuerlicher, zu hefig-bananiger Beginn. Erdbeeren sind nur schwer auszumachen, trocken, die Säure verschwindet größtenteils. Kurzer Abgang. Meh. 8/6/5/4/9/5

Funny little bottle, shared with Marko and Fin. Clear light strawberry. Wet damp sweet, ash, wet wood, slightly moldy. Front heavy, bubbly sour. One dimensional, but better than the first one. Liked it in the original version as sour church. Is not thaaat far of from becoming somehow drinkable.

Bottle that I picked up from Camba over a year ago and then completely forgot about. Consumed in the company of Ursula and Marko Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Mangled Ham tasting. *The start of this review is the same as the himbeer version.......Btw it's a very funny frosted curvy bottle, it looks like one of the vinegar bottles they (Camba) once used and which I assumed was a beer until I got home and read the details again and realised it actually was a vinegar. Clear reddish colou, a thin white rim of tiny bubbles. I'm not picking up bourbon in either of these bottles, yeah a little wet wood, it's tangy and with a tart edge, the sour cherries are doing a better job than the raspberries did, it's safe, it's almost a lambic with L plates.

Weird bottle, thx F&L, Mangled Fly tasting. Pinkish reddish amberish aroma. Cheesy, sweetish weird vanilla notes, almost baby vomit, bit tart, extremely vague cherries in the aroma. BIt tart, simple sour cherry taste, far different than the awful aroma. Bit astringent maybe, Remarkably nice taste after the bad aroma.

500ml no long neck bottle. Skoro w poprzedniej ocenie wspomnialem Austrie, to wzialem sie za ocene tego ekologicznego niefiltrowanego klasycznego kellerbiera. Piana spora, nawet trwala, metne srednio, liczylem na wiecej blota i mazi. W aromacie rumianek i suszona jakby jakas szynka na sloncu, cos jak westfalska, ale dziwne bo wedzonki to piwo nic a nic nie ma. W smaku, malo slodowe, malo chmielne, lekko kwasne i lekko drozdzowe. Wszystko na lekko bo to eko, czyli w zgodzie z zielonym szokujacym ladem. Trzeba reszte wylac do zlewu, no ale coz powiedza ekolodzy, zanieczyszczam wody. No ale coz ogolnie piwo dobre jak zdrowy rozsadek ktory trzeba miec ponad wszelka ideologie.

A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, stone fruits, yeast, some pineapple. Taste of ripe stone fruits, apricot, mango, pineapple, mild bitterness.

50 cl bottle at Gagarin,Vienna.Medium body .Malt and butter flavours.Slight hoppy.
