Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Opaque yellow golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, abricot, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, dark bread, quite spicy. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation, semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, rather bland but okay.

Bottle, directly from brewery. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeasty, herbal. Taste: Wheat malt and Barley malt notes, coriander, orange zest notes, subtle fruity lime notes. Yeasty notes. Smooth and quite dense mouthfeel. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. I don't taste algae, but I'm just an amateur reviewer and don't even know how algae would taste. I do taste a more complex palate than most other Witbieren, so maybe that's because of the algae...
Nice complexity for a Witbier!
