Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a hazy medium amber with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, apple, The flavour is saison like, kinda neutral veggie with a zesty malt yeast apple palate. Medium to light bodied with fizzy carbonation. I can’t admit to liking this too much. It was a bit of a mix of flavours but nothing to define the beer.

33cl bottle from Melgers. thick creamy white head. Cloudy blond pour. Lots of apple. Some tartness. Ok. Not very easy to drink.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Kasparus Het Klooster van Nakala ].Gusher !!! Clear medium to dark brown color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, sweet bread - cookie, dark fruit - dried fruit, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet sweet malt, sugary, candy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140117]

Bottle @ De Drie Dorstige Herten as Kasparus Appel’tje. Hazy light golden coloured with a white head. Nose is light malty, bit of apple, a bit fruity, slightly yeasty. Flavour is light malty, fruity, bit of yeast. Medium carbonation. Not much to it.
