On tap at Steamworks - Mt Pleasant, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of sour lime, lacto and light coconut. Flavour is very sour and yogurty, with tons sour of lime and a touch of coconut. Cheap and yogurty despite the tasty adjuncts.

Dink pour @ Good Co (Colony) Northwoods. Clear very pale blonde with small white head. Mild apple skin, light effervescence, actually better than expected. Okay, at the ABV.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a cloudy muddled pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out gently tart cranberry, a hint of pineapple, and dry wheaty notes. Flavour is dry, tart and fruity, with plenty of tart cranberry, maybe a hint of pineapple, and a touch of lacto but thankfully without the yogurty character. Nice tart, dry cranberries on the finish. Drinkable but boring.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of the peppercorns upfront, with a touch of lime and very subdued rustic notes. Flavour is full of earthy peppercorns upfront, with a splash of lime, and a hint of orange. There's a subtle rustic character underneath imparting a grainy finish. It's alright, not what I want in a grisette.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a herbal hop character that's not all that pleasant, but perhaps that's the kveik ruining things. Flavour is similarly unpleasant to me, with herbal notes, light vegetal notes, and bready malt sweetness. Not liking the hop or yeast profile here at all. Poor.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty neutral, with a touch of pillowy wheat — but there's basically nothing on the nose. Flavour has a sort of herbal, vegetal character — I guess that's the kveik? — and a soft wheaty base. I've to date never liked a kveik beer and this doesn't change things.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a lightly hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy, dank, and somewhat herbal hops, with biscuity malt. Flavour has a surprisingly amount of dankness in the hops, but there's also a weird earthy, fungal character that I'm not loving. Clean enough but just not great notes being hit. Not my thing.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is timid, with subdued grass and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour brings out a nice corn character, followed by gentle grassy hops, and biscuity malt. Corn character is nice but I'd want more hops for this to be truly worth drinking. It's alright.

On tap at Shaketown, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma wheaty and gently smoky, with soft campfire notes and straw. Flavour is clean, with soft whispy wheat, straw, and just a hint of smokiness. Soft, clean and drinkable. Quite solid.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy yellow with light head. Aromas of candied orange, quince, florals, and wheat. Watery flavors of same with some additional peppercorn (though not spicy). Interesting and refreshing.
