33cl can from Carrefour market LA CHASSE (BRUSSEL). F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: shiny pale hold, hazy. A: rich fruity, orange, bit onion effect, tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, pine touch. T: full malty base, orange, tangerine, tropical fruits, very dry on the palate, harmonic bitterness, pineapple, bit roasted onion, spicy touch, soft carbonation, very nice for the style, fully enjoyed.

Couleur pâle léger voile paille, col épais blanc-cassé, crémeux tenace.
Arôme est frais, belle dose de houblons sans partir dans tous les sens - ici deux bases Citra et Simoe suffisent pour apporter de fines effluves d'agrumes et de pin, léger rétro terreux/herbacé avec une base de malts qui perce en rétro-nasal, apportant de fait, la base suffisante pour un bon équilibre.
Palais est plaisant, une IPA de bonne facture surfant sur la vague 'hazy' sans pour cela submerger le palais. Le tout garde un bel apport des houblons - pas mal d'agrumes auxquels se prêtent de fines notes de pin du Simcoe. C'est assez bien ficelé, et rappelle des classiques de la côte ouest.

Clear orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, irregular, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very floral, apple flavoured candy, watermelon candy, bit artificial, weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, tropical fruits, pretty bitter, hoppy, sourish touch, some alcohol, malty, some caramel notes. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, juicy, mango, lovely, gentle bitterness.

Bière 33 cl bue au Tea Late à Liège. Robe dorée peu trouble, sna strand intérêt. Nez houblon et notes de miel. Bouche sur les fruits exotiques, pamplemousse, mangue. Sympa mais les saveurs pourraient être plus intenses.
