330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, wheaty and caramel malty aroma, yeasty fruity overtones, hints of banana, red berries, a touch of honey. Taste is slightly dry papery, minimally nutty, caramel malty, minimally bready, wheaty malty, slightly grassy hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, a touch of red berries, low residual sweetness. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly rich, rather papery - so-so.

Glas tijdens Bree at the Zoo. Donkerbruin, licht troebel mooie beige schuimkraag die als een film blijft liggen. Aroma van koffie en chocolade. Smaak is licht rokerig, chocolade en gebrande caramel. Nasmaak is hoppig. Een beetje plakkerig in de mond.

Geprobeerd met familie op Brew@TheZoo 2023 in de Beekse Bergen. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van hop, banaan en gist. De smaak is vol, zacht zoet en fruitig met een licht hoppige afdronk.

0.33 l bottle from 'Smaakhuis.nl', best before August 2025. Hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity, slightly yeasty aroma of caramel, raisins, strawberry, nuts and overripe banana. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and just a bit yeasty taste of caramel, chocolate, toasted nuts, raisins, strawberry and some overripe banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tartish finish. Medium to full body, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Below average Weizenbock, fairly monotonous and one-dimensional, not unpleasant though.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Amber to reddish color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, dark forest fruits. Flavor is malts, dark fruits, sweetness, light raisins. Medium body, relatively soft carbonation. Quite alright.
