0,15l shared from bottle at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Red color, small white head. Smells tannins, red grapes, spices, peppery. Nice to very nice smell. Full body soft carbonation. Tastes of grapes, berry notes, peppery, tannins, oak. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of red grapes, berry notes and some tannins. Nice one, definitely the better Ammonite I had

0,15l shared at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells berry notes, light currant, spices, peppery. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of citrus, grassy, earthy, peppery, spices. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, sour berries and some lactic notes. Nice one, rather acidic though

Tastes candy, earthy, light pine, minerals, salty. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of minerals, salty and some lactic notes. Good stuff

75cl. Bottle # 105/570 @ SirAlex share, Oluf Bagers Gade. Pours hazy red with a small head. Tart raspberry with very little funk and levels of complexity but ripe and very jammy. Toothache - just around the corner. Very dry finish.
