Bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, long lasting, really nice laving. Aroma is old hops, caramel, pine, a bit of bathroom. Flavor is about the same, light plus sweet, medium bitter. Not very fresh, but sold with a 12/19 drink by date, so it is what it is. Medium body.

Cloudy golden, frothy white head. The aroma has mellow fruity malty notes - pale stone fruit to hard-to-tell-what citrus - maybe some white grapes, and soft milky caramel and yoghurty note. Very subtle, very innocent. The taste has quite a bit of malt sugars and honey upfront, notes of caramel and vanilla, slightly abrasive fresh hoppy beer mouthfeel, sharp young grassy bitterness with hints of green walnut skins. Fells a little, err... unorthodox, and too sweet (tough the bitterness does a good job cutting it), but overall, quite good.

FEB-2020. Draft. Almost clear golden, creamy white head. Smells of fresh cereals, slightly fruity, cooked apples, light hop spice. Medium sweet malts, a little sugary / fruity, smooth body, moderate crisp clean spicy hops. Not a top pils, but certainly solid. 3,4/5.
JUN-2019. Fresh cereals and some green fruit - not offensive, inky makes it feel fresjer. Beatiful fresh sweet bread malts blending with the light astringent green fruit. The bitterness is too low - the only downside. Very good. 3,5/5.
NOV-2018. BOTTLE. Clear golden, minuscule flakes, white head. Industrially clean pale lager profile - light light malts and apples, almost undetectable white bread, along with a little bit of that industrial harshness too. The taste is the same - super clean industrial pale malts, really short on hops, revealing a little of that pale lager innocent harshness. Hm... a surprising macro flavour profile dorm a micro brewery. 5-4-5-3-11=2.8.
SEP-2018. Draft at Giraffes Festival, Iași. Hazy bright gold, small white head. Subtle bready malts, light green fruit, just a hint of yeast. Clean malț sweetness just barely touching some fruit, moderate wet grass hops with a hint of cottage cheese. Crisp young astringent mouthfeel, almost no alpha acids in the finish. A nice fresh lightly hopped kellerbier style lager. 6-4-6-3-13=3.2.

FEB-2020. Draft. Cloudy golden, creamy compact ivory head. Aroma is quite fruity: banana, a little sticky dried fruit/banana, very light tomato, light phenolic spice. Similar taste: old tart banana / unripe banana, moderate carbonic tartness, medium body, crisp mouthfeel / carbonation. A slight fried fish like off-flavour. A little low on malt richness and body. Certainly not a star, but it is a decent clean weizen. 3,4/5.
NOV-2018. Cloudy golden, off-white head with average retention. The aroma is green bananas, macerated apples, a little yeasty - young but not unpleasant. The taste also has a fruity notes - not so ripe Orchard fruit - slightly tart and sweet, expectedly low on hops, with a lively pricking refreshing carbonation. Fresh, clean, no oxidation related off-flavours. Overall, it's a young lively quenching weizen, lacking the richness malty creaminess of really good siblings. 6-4-6-4-13=3,3.
SEP-2018. Draft at Girafes Festival, Iași. Cloudy straw, creamy white head. Fruity young beer aroma - unripe pineapple, some lime and green apple, along with nice dough/yeast, very light clove or nutmeg. Similar taste - unripe juicy fresh fruit which balances the malț sweetness, fruit skin astringency, pleasantly abrasive mouth feel. Very little proper hops. A nice young/fresh beer profile, though it lacks the fullness and roundness of a really good weizen. 6-4-7-4-13=3,4.
