Bottle, 4.8%. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, vegetables and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, vegetables, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, fruits, straw and hops. A little too carbonated.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear golden with a huge white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 211115

Bottle 50 cl. A spiced American Brown Ale? Oh dear, I fear the worst. Odd, spicy, soapy aroma. Medium body, some sweet caramel but again an odd and very out of place soapy sensation seems to dominate. A where is the American part? Pretty sloppy and has very little to do with an American Brown. 171115

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this sample! Smooth and round beer. Not too deep, smooth malty with a nice smooth-roasty body. No bitterness and not too much depth.

Aroma: roasted malt, coffee and fruity notes. Flavour: a sweet dark roasted malt with lots of liqorice and a slight hint of chili. Colour: very dark brown with a brown head.
