Can says brewed @ Brauhaus Brinkert Fast gone yellowish head over fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Asafoetida, dried figs, dried herbs. Very peculiar nose. Bit of rosewater. Sweet, dried figs returning, sandalwood. Bitter hops' flavour slowly creeping in. Some fruity esters. Very hopoily, viscous rather than slick. Yet very good carbonation. The most 'unsettling' beer from Liquid Story - but again one has to admire their innovative genius.

Small to medium white head, over (cold) hazed yellow beer. Exotic fruit/hops' nose, very inviting. Citrus and fruit as papaya, passion fruit, guave etc. BItter(ish)-hoppy, even a bit metallic. Orange and other citrus. Very dry, but with a fruity roundness throughout. Bitter almonds warming up. Good carbonation, dry-out effect, boiled eggyolk. Aftertaste has a peppery hint. Nice, but not really superb, if quite fruity IPA. Just slightly better than the coriandered version.

Small to medium white head over hazy yellow beer. Exotic fruit hops, maybe a tad more spicy (than the without coriander version). Hint of meaty esters, but mostly exotic fruit & citrus. Bitter, hoppy, metallic and dry-spicy, peppery bitterness. Finish is quite bitter indeed, dry; old clothes (the coriander, no doubt). Bit chewy, dry-out effect, medium to good carbonation. Dry, bit peppery flavour making out the slight difference with the uncoriandered version. I prefer the unadulterated version, but I will immediately agree the difference is very slight indeed. To all coriandersoup producers: here the coriander is RESTRAINED.

Pours a hazy yellow blonde. Small white head. Scent is fairly full, citrus, dank, grassy. Orange. Quite heavy and full. Mild 'burning' green hop sensation. Taste is full, bit bitter. Mild creamyness. Bit hopburn, powdery. Not convinced about this one.

Pours unclear amber. Small white head. Scent is herbal, not recognizable as pepper to me. Lager yeast is pretty expressive, which is good!. Taste is full, crisp maltyness, very herbal. Pronounced lager yeast once more, mild peppers but if anything, they're a negative to me. A great keller is best in (and becouse of) it's purity.

Pours a hazed orange-amber, small white head. Scent is herbal (basil) over tomato 'oil' ( the liquid within a tomato, where the seeds are in). Liquid pizza ! Taste is full, fairly sharp, tomato 'oil', nice basil touch too. Salty - just the right amopunt- and malty, very cracker like. this is like drinking those 'tomato and basil' flavored crackers . Love the balance, love the beer. Unexpected, but this was my favorite beer of Modeste 2022.

Pours a hazed yellowblonde. Medium to medium large white head. Scent is mild stonefruit, rather citrusy (orange, lemon) fresh. Taste is medium bitter - which is high in today's standards. Medium dry-appearing finish, but it does have some residual sweetness and creamyness. Not the most aromatic, but there is some ctonefruit and citrus. Medium carbo. Can best be described as a balanced, more bitter NEIPA style beer, but isn't super interesting beyond that. Nothing off, nothing out of balance, I just miss the specific something to make this stand out.

Pours a hazed blonde, medium sized white head. Scent is fruity, about similar to the without coriander seeds version, but with a mild herbal touch - wouldn't call out straight coriander if tasted blind, but definately another layer to it. Taste is still very stonefruity - just like the other version. C>oriander - if anything - pumps that up, even - rather than being super specific on it's own. It does give it a more robust, herbal back - even a touch of the typical 'coriander soapyness' , but balance (with the seeds) has definately been kept in mind. Decent IPA, for sure, perhaps it's a bit much on the high stonefruit aroma, for the second day in a row (having drank the other one yesterday), and so I think I enjoyed the without version a bit more - to bad I haven't been able to drink em side by side, but 2x0.5l is a bit much on my own :)

Pours a hazed blonde, medium sized white head. Scent is very creamy, summery (citrus) hops. Very inviting, and fairly intense, too. Taste is expressive on the yeast, and has a blast of stonefruit - Intensity like Toppling Goliath used to have in their early days - but perhaps a bit better balanced (less extremely fruity). Very outspoken stonefruit, green fruit (kiwi style) , bit NZ / AUS vibes. Quite enjoyable, even though I wouldn't make it my everyday IPA, but it's always fun to find these more stand-out beers within an overpopulated style like IPA.

Small, if stable snowwhite head over hazy yellow beer with a hint of orange sheen. Citrus, lemon - and Citra, obvious. Hopoil aroma's and some malts. Sweet, very lightly sourish, and hops with just a bit bitterness. C-hops in force. Faint impression of vegetable oil. Light body, refreshing, good carbonation. Quite (hopoil) slick. Bit soft drink-like, but agreable IPA. Alcohol is totally hidden, which gives it an impression of session IPA, which it isn't.
