Draught Fast gone pinkish head over muddy red-rust coloured beer. Nose yields - after some warming - both basil & tomato. Some lightly coloured malts present, and mineral. Lactic acid, tomato juice - as from cutting a fresh tomato, not the bottled version - faint basil. Mineral - not salty, but very obvious. Slick, light body, sparkling effect. Works as a charm. Original as few, really interesting and pleasing at the same time.

Draught Very huge, just off-white head, dense, textbook lace over hazy amber beer. Malt, partly toasted, cereals, not-burnt breadcrust, green leaves, and a spicy aroma, not definable but no doubt the pink pepper. Very fresh toasted malts, "würzig" , perfectly integrated to a dry finish. Gives me a strange reminiscence of yesteryears Bolleke !! Medium bodied at best, quite slick and good carbonation. Excellent! Gratuliere!

Pale gold and hazy with a frothy, white head. Aroma full of citrus with a hint of candy. Taste is bitter the whole way though with a citric edge at the finish. Medium-bodied, good chewiness. Good.

440ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, minimally herbal-grassy hoppy and minimally earthy-grainy, pale malty aroma, hints of mandarine, orange, some lemon. Taste is zesty, bitter and citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally creamy, dry, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, hints of lemon, tangerine, orange, mandarine. Slightly creamy and oily, watery texture, dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Rather slim, a bit monotonous - taken as concomitant: OK; not overly impressive if consumed deliberately. Nevertheless a tad more rich and complex than version #1.

440ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly sugary, pale malty and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of mandarine and orange, some zesty and leafy aspects, waxy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, sugary, pale malty, bitter, zesty, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy and yeasty, peppery spicy, notes of bitter orange, grapefruit peel. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Disharmonious, unbalanced, predominant zesty bitterness - meh!

Can. Murky yellow, big bubbled offwhite foam. Boozy fruit salad nose. Bright kiwi, pineapple, citrus, apricot. medium body, pleasant sweet chewiness. Very nice fruit with a light fermented note in the background.

Mild smooth beginning. Tons of hop oils, fruity with grainy parts. A bit watery, light with an intense hop floral back. Bitter in the finish, not easy to drink, dry grainy with earthy sticky hops. Danke Holger.

Can picked up from Beyondbeer webshop Hamburg and consumed at Haldern Music Festival Thursday 11th August 2022, it is 31.5 and getting hotter. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, a little fruity, sweetness and some tropical fruit, nice punchy hoppiness. Very good.
