375mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is earthy and sludgy, with gentle smoke and muddled tobacco. Flavour is gently tart, with earthy, sludgy smokiness, tobacco, and sour dark fruit. Very tart, which seems out of keeping with an adambier, but I guess this is with Fair Isle's unique touch? Whatever it is, I'm not too happy with it.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly prominent on the gin barrel, with subdued rustic saison yeast. Flavour is much the same, with gin barrels, rustic saison yeast, and some light bugs. Balanced and well-constructed. Really good.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a clear bright amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out the conifer tips upfront, with gentle blueberry and some bugginess. Flavour is much the same, with a complex blend of conifer, blueberry skins, and, mostly, wild yeast. Buggy and earthy, with just enough blueberry skins. Unusual but very good.

750 ml bottle from Tavour, 1/10/22. Batch 1. Bottled January 2021. Pours a bright reddish-pink color with a frothy foam of light pink head atop it. Bright, clean, and fruity, with ton of fresh raspberry flavor. Bit of funk, slightly tart, some under ripe fruit / grassiness. Drinks clean. Refreshing. Slightly tingly. Just an excellent fruit beer here. 9/5/8/4/18

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has dry light fruits and gin botanicals with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dry and earthy gin notes with some tart light fruits and a decent amount of sweet grain backing.
