375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is very husky, with earthy notes and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite tart and very husky, with a rough earthiness from the husks, rustic saison yeast, some bugs. Very earthy, somewhat lemony, husky finish. Very interesting.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice yeast profile, with plenty of rustic yeast and a touch of wild bugginess. Flavour is very buggy, with lots of wild bacteria, gentle rustic character, and a hint of tartness. Buggy and rustic on the palate. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy and farmhouse-y, with rustic saison yeast, earthiness, and a touch of funk. Flavour is rustic, with a fairly good clarity from the yeast, gentle funk, and some toasted earthy grains. Rustic, subtly tart and earthy. Good stuff.

Deliciously rustic and wheaty funk, mild cheese on the nose, hay and dry sweetness.

Re-rate: poured from the tap @ Darbys. Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Mild funk, citrus and tropical notes, enjoyable. June 17, 2021 (8/3/8/3/16=3.8): Poured from 375mL bottle (batch no. one; bottled July 2020). Hazy gold with white head. Farmhouse yeast, tropical citrus hops, quite nice.

Opaque. Med head. This has a bright orangey nose, some lychee, bugs. Really nice hop character, actual. Fair bit of bitterness, and nice bugs, grapefruit, lychee, and papaya. Good times. Lots of fun. Refined.

Oak aged amber ale with cherries? Awesome lightness given it's color. Real mellow cherries.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Bright cherry red pour, just a refreshing look to it. Hoping that this would be at least a little tart, it did not disappoint. Really nice sour red raspberry flavor, but it really doesn't overpower the base too much. Lingering mixed berry, gentle funk late. Just enough wild to it for my taste to disregard this as a fruit beer. Such good taste to this saison. Feel like I could drink this all day.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Nose exudes a wonderful rustic saison yeast character, plenty of farmhouse notes, gentle funk, and a subtle hoppiness. Flavour is citrusy and rustic, with lots of farmhouse notes, gently tart citrus, and a touch of hops. Rustic and citrusy—very vibrant. Quite light overall though. Really nice, but definitely not worth the steep price tag.
