375mL bottle, bottled Aug 20, pours a cloudy golden orange with a massive white head — explodes upon opening. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast, wild bugs, and some spicy orange peel. Flavour has a lot of phenols, with plenty of burnt rubber character — there's a nice bugginess to this, rustic notes, and spicy citrus. The phenolic character penetrates too much for me to overlook it. Flawed but there's a good beer underneath.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, medium creamy white head, great lacing. Aroma is bugs, grain, dust, lemon, hay, alfalfa. Flavor is barely tart, light plus funk, night bright citrus. Light body, pillowy mouthfeel, citrus finish. Very nice. 5,8,8,5,17

Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Red colour, hazy. Moderately funky, nice berry aroma too. Moderately acidic, some grapes, but not very complex.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright ruby red with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle blackberries, light rustic notes, and a hint of funk. Flavour has some strange herbal notes upfront. The blackberries are faded and not overt pronounced. Not getting much barrel character, nor funky profile. The herbal, spicy character is most pronounced, while the fruit, barrels and wild yeast character take a backseat. Overpriced as hell and not all that complex or deep. Still, good.

This is delicious, slight sweet hop and oak notes, crisp bubbly but not too bubbly finish, refreshing and flavor packed with lemon lime funk.

Hazy, quite pale. It's got a nice brett note, apricots, big bright fruits, clean pale malts. I like it, a bit of hop.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very floral, with lots of elderflower, rose hips, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very floral, with lots of rose hips, some tartness, and a bit of rustic saison yeast. Not much complexity, with a very floral, citrusy tart finish. It's alright.
