16 oz. can, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice yeast profile, with plenty of rustic yeast and a touch of wild bugginess. Flavour is very buggy, with lots of wild bacteria, gentle rustic character, and a hint of tartness. Buggy and rustic on the palate. Very good.

Opaque. Med head. This has a bright orangey nose, some lychee, bugs. Really nice hop character, actual. Fair bit of bitterness, and nice bugs, grapefruit, lychee, and papaya. Good times. Lots of fun. Refined.

Oak aged amber ale with cherries? Awesome lightness given it's color. Real mellow cherries.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Bright cherry red pour, just a refreshing look to it. Hoping that this would be at least a little tart, it did not disappoint. Really nice sour red raspberry flavor, but it really doesn't overpower the base too much. Lingering mixed berry, gentle funk late. Just enough wild to it for my taste to disregard this as a fruit beer. Such good taste to this saison. Feel like I could drink this all day.
