375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Nose exudes a wonderful rustic saison yeast character, plenty of farmhouse notes, gentle funk, and a subtle hoppiness. Flavour is citrusy and rustic, with lots of farmhouse notes, gently tart citrus, and a touch of hops. Rustic and citrusy—very vibrant. Quite light overall though. Really nice, but definitely not worth the steep price tag.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, merlin white head, nice residual and lacing. Aroma is herbal, citrus, yuzu, field grass, Belgian yeast, black pepper. Flavor has a tiny hint of citric tartness, lemony herbal grassy notes, a mineral backbone. Light body, spritzy mouthfeel. Quite enjoyable.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of oak, with some rustic notes, and a touch of tart fruits. Flavour is quite oaky upfront, with plenty of booze and some subdued farmhouse notes. Big oak character. There's not a deep complexity here though. It's alright.

Hazy blond colour. Aroma of crispy bread, mild funk, light citrusy hops. Dry, but the mouthfeel is soft, pleasant citrus hop character, with a bit of sulfur, of funk, of salt.
Very nice, refreshing, dynamic.

375ml @ home shared with Andrey. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: moderate mix of funk, fruity notes and barrel. Taste: low to moderate sour, bready, flowery, not much of barrel. Overall: it's good, but disappointing for the beer aged in puncheons in terms of complexity.
