Bottle from Hyper U Abbeville. Color: Murky reddish brown, pink-brownish head. Aroma: Cherries, some tartness. Taste: Mix of dark malt and tart and sweet dark cherries. A little bitterness at the dry-ish finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light to moderate tartness.

This one is better than the blonde. The taste is malty, caramel, a bit watery, a bit more hop could be welcome, low carbonation, 11.05.2016, buying it in one monoprix Paris, drinking it at home, Lausanne, Prélaz.

It is not my favourite lager, you could find better one. The taste is metalic, alcoholic, malty, few hop, not pleasant sensation, 14.04.2016, buying it in Paris, drinking it at Prélaz.

29th March 2026: 25cl bottle after Rando Des Terrils ride, Oignies. Strong flavour profile like last time, pretty good.
4th May 2025: 25cl bottle after a Boeschepe MTB event. Straight from the bottle. Flavour profile perhaps more intense after a hot 40 miles, but definitely hitting the spot with a surprisingly sweet, malty flavour profile. Nice brune.
