Shared @ Belgian Beer Geeks tasting. Thanks a lot! Hazy apple juice colour, no foam. Lemony, woody and funky. Very tart and a bit acetic.

Bottle shared at RBBWG 2023. Pale golden color, no head. Aroma is barnyard, piss. Flavor is sourish and barnyard. Hmm one dimensional I'd say. Drinkable though and it gets better after a while.

Pours clear, Applejuice-like gold. No head. Scent is funky, loud and agressive brett. Overripe apples, mild wood. very funky. Taste is very doughy / malty - which I like but isn't very lambic-like. Very restrained tartness (barely any tartness). Some brett, woody. Not at all what I expect from a 'lambic', it's enjoyable though - but barely any ( if any) acidity prevent it from getting that lambic feel. Good beer, terible 'lambic'.

9/XII/23 - 75cl clear flip-top bottle @ BBGG winter 23-24, BB: n/a, bottled: 22/XI/23, bottle# 112 (2023-1146) Thanks to Kraddel for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, pretty lemony, malty, grains, a bit fruity, peaches, apricots, lemony, a bit earthy. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter, earthy, gentle acidity, fruity touch, lemony, a bit metallic, decent enough! Aftertaste: dry, lemony, some diacetyl, a bit funky, not too bad!

Brut IPA that's not super-dry (so not really in style), and also has quite a bit of BE yeast. lost my more specific notes, but this wasn't great (in style).

Aged sample Almost no head over red-copper beer, still. Portwine, madeirisation, sweet-nutty, all the signs of oxydation, hint at heated butter. Sweet-Madeirawine, nutty, retronasal again heated butter. Lifeless, light body, slick. In the aftertaste some aldehyde showing. Brewed in Berchem, the beer has aged perceptably, but quite gracefully so. Txs to Stef!

Draught Small snowwhite head over clouded pale straw-yellow beer. Attractive aromatic hops, fresh greens herbs, and citrus - a jumble but delicate. Mild citrus, very mild bitterness and an even milder citrussy sour. Delicate and balanced. Dry, certain slickness, feels much better carbonated than its looks; generally light bodied. Nice one!
