Clear red amber beer, practically no head, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, dried fruits, grains, green banana, banana peel. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet and malty start, caramel, fruity, little bitter. Aftertaste: sweet, caramel touch, fruity, little bitter. Aftertaste: sweet, caramel touch, some overripe banana, malty, bit smoky.

Flaske 750ml på Pressklubben 24 Nov 16. Delt med mange etter en utmerket middag. Mørk gyldenbrun. Filmskum. Mandelaroma. Smaken plommer & fersken. Søt & god.

750ml bottle, vintage 2009, shared with friends at Pressklubben in Stockholm. Clear mahogany coloured body with a dark reddish shade. Spotty lacing from a low, beige head. Dried fruity aroma alongside hints of dough and caramel. Taste like a fruit cake with moments of raisin, prunes, caramel and bread. Prolonged finish. Warming, well bodied and smooth in the mouth. Fine partner to our chocolate mousse (24.11.2016).
