Bottle shared with Erzengel! A clear pale golden beer, small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, cereals, hay, low bitterness.

on tap at zum braunen mutz. pours a murky brown with a medium head. aroma of cola, caramel, yeast. flavour of rye bread, yeast, biscuit. emmer is quite present, more a specialty grain.

Draught @ Zeughauskeller, Zürich. Rather sweet and heavy aroma with toffee, diacetyl and malt. Flavour has diacetyl, toffee, some malty tones and hibts of licorice. Not your typical schwartz, too much diacetyl here.
