From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, breadish. Dark malty, sweet and toffee like. Breadish and roasted. Sweet and dark malty finish.

On tap at Zeughauskeller. Pours dark with a good head. Nose is damped by the head, but once that clears there’s plenty of spicey roasted malts there. Flavour is more of the same, a little spice, a little toast and a spiced red fruit finish.

Cannette de 33cl, bb 22/10/2016, merci à mon oncle. Dorée léger orangé, col blanc. Arôme est malté pils, rétro très basique de euro lager pils, note de maïs, houblonné minimaliste. Palais de maïs malté, douceur avec ce résiduel métallique très européen de bières génériques produites à grandes échelles. Houblonné noble apportant une fine note citronnée, pointe épicée sur la fin, ajout festif?
