Pours a clear golden color, topped with a nice white head. There is a typical malty aroma, preceeded by some unpleasant skunky smell. The body is balanced, finishing with nice bitterness. An OK lager.

Weird beer, it’s a bit malty, but also a bit grainy. Slight metallic taste of aroma hops. Don’t know what to think of it.

As Eidgenoss Amber.Amber beer with a thin beige head with average retention. Aroma is sweet malt with some wooden notes, dark fruits, brown sugar.

Wässriger, wenig herb-malziger Antrunk. Leicht karamellig, minimal bitter. Das Gesamtaroma bleibt unverändert, wird aber deutlich milder. Im Nachgeschmack einen Ticken mehr Karamell. 8/6/8/6/6/7

On draught at Brasserie Fédéral in Zürich. The beer pours a dark brown color with a medium beige head that dissipates steadily. The nose is lightly roasty with notes of malt and fruit. Light body with flavors of toasted malt, slightly sour fruit and nuts. The finish is short and malty. Average all around.

Appearance: Dark amber, clear. Some off-white head. Looks pleasant. Aroma: Fruit, satsuma. Some malt and caramel. Taste: Malt and slight hops, nice balance. Fruit. More caramel, hence sweetness. Info: 330ml bottle, 12/8-2011

Getreidig-trockener, typisch alkoholfreier Antrunk und weiterer Verlauf. Kaum penetrant, etwas bitter. Trinkbares aromenarmes Alkoholfreies, das mit seiner Getreidenote noch gut dasteht. 11/6/7/7/7/7

Süßlich herber Antrunk, weich. Die Herbe bleibt durch die Süße mäßig intensiv, im Vordergrund steht ab dem Mittelteil so der Hopfen, auch dieser aber überschaubar. Das Bier ist so erfrischend und süfig, im Abgang kann sich die Herbe von der Süße befreien und wird intensiver, das Bier damit aromatischer. 10/11/13/9/9/11
