Clear straw-amber body, medium off-white head. Cerealy aroma with hints of caramel and a grassy hops kick (a touch of skunk too). Body has some burnt sugars, caramel, and a grassy, zesty hops finish. Leaving this on the tongue leaves a metallic twang. A couple steps above macro-lagers but still along those lines.

Bottled. Pale golden. Dry and richly malty. Dense and soft with lots of grassy hops and dusty bitter finish. Classic.

Golden color. Very nice malty/honey aroma. Smooth, low carbonation, malty, with a good and strong ending bitterness; also with a brown sugar and caramel touch.

A light yellow beer with a small disappearing head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with signs that it is over the top, so I give it credit for being ½ a years past best-before-date.

Copper/orange coloured body with a minimal whiteish head. Aroma of some fruit, but otherwise powerful bittering scents. Medium-bodied; Strong flavour of fruit and malt lasts in the mouth for a long while. Aftertaste shows some bitterness and a slight sweetness. Overall, not a great beer, but that is to be expected from this brewery. I shared this bottle with Phil (haddon90) at the Flying Saucer in Nashville, Tennessee...thanks Phil!

Nice dark brown with what seem to be some dark greens/greys. Interesting color I havent seen much of. Small fizzy head, very clear body. Aroma of hops (hallertauer possibly), and some faint yeast. Begins with a zip of carbonation and has hints of cane sugar, anise and hops. Pretty crisp finish with a slightly chewy body that is prone to thinning as it warms. A good beer, but as has been said, nothing terribly unique.

The aroma is very sweet malty with strong caramel notes and some yeast and brewmash. The color is a hazy red and it has a very beutiful dense off-white head. The flavor is dominated by caramel malt, making it rather sweet in the beginning, before the alcohol, yeast, and wood kicks in. In the end it turns rather bitter - primarily from hops, so much, that it tingles the palate. The palate is really good - especially considering it only being 6.5% ABV.

Golden color with a stiff head of foam on top. Malt and hops greet the nose and the flavor is well balanced and full. Slightly bitter inthe finish. Very nice Bock.
