(Bottle 33 cl) Mainly known for it’s bock-beers Einbecker also produces several other beers. Nice golden with a decent head. Very pronounced malty sweetness in both nose and taste. Discreet bitterness. 300999

Very pale golde, firm-medium sized white head; shy hoppy nose with some bready notes; malty beginning, but not really sweet; malty flavour, turning into a longer lasting quite dry bitter finish with traces of maltiness. Well quaffable, but not so great as the Maibock......

Bottle: Light amber coloured, long lasting rocky head, beautiful big nose: honey and floral, fresh hops, small hints of alcohol in the back; taste dominated by aromatic hops, shy maltiness in the beginning, long lasting herbal, floral aromatic hoppiness in the aftertaste; very well balanced - a really good one, compared to many of bubble-gum-like Maibocks !

Bottle: Amber coloured, small but lasting white head; malty nose (caramel, burnt malts), also shy hoppiness; the initial, only in the very first beginning sweetish maltiness (chocolate) turns quickly into a dry, bitter, long lasting aftertaste. Well hidden alcohol, well rounded. A gem among the sweet, toffee-like bocks....

Has the sweet, rotting fruit aroma of a dunkel. Brown; looks like any ordinary brown ale. Flavor is lightly sweet with fruit and malt. Very smooth.

Pours a clear copper colour into the glass. Thick long lasting tan coloured head. The aroma is sweet, caramel, raisins and malty. Taste is malty with hints of caramel and raisins. The aftertaste is quite bitter. This is a very good beer, one of my favourites.

Bottle. Nice malty/hoppy aroma. Golden yellow with ample head. Initially sweet with mildly astrigent hops finish. Smooth and unique - a very nice bock on the sweeter side.

Bottle. Golden in Colour With a big white steady head. Has a weak hoppy smell. You got more of the hops in the taste. But it is not a very bitter taste. Has a little metallic aftertaste. I like the ur-bocks better from this brewery.

A clear caramel colored beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices, caramel, and hops. The flavor is very sweet and caramelic with notes of alcohol as well as hops in the end. The mouthfeel is sticky.
