Bottle from The Savanna South African store at Liverpool St station. Aroma of wheat, yeast, flowers, apricot, peach, orange and coriander. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, and light sour. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Finishes sweet and sour.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is oat, cereal. Taste is oat, cereal, grains. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok and balanced, albeit neither intense nor complex.

Bottle from the Savanna, Liverpool St Station, London. From bottle on train to Ipswich. Aroma of malt, hop, grass and floral notes. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, hint of sour. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Better than expected, quite a tasty lager.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is spicy yeasts, dough, a bit grains. Taste is spicy yeasts, dough, wholegrain, a touch bananas. Fresh finish. Not as hoppy as expected, but works in its own way!

Bottle, many thanks Dietmar! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is chocolate, some fresh wild yeast, peach. Taste is bready, touch of peach, chocolate. Medium carbonation, silky mouthfeel. Fun, but a bit weird.
