Description
Since hitting the beer world in 2008, Blue Monkey has gained a powerful reputation by winning more than a 100 national awards.
We brew more than a dozen different types of beer including: Pale Ales, Stouts, Dark Ruby Ales and Black IPAs. We have a wonderful range of luscious fruit gins, all based on our classic London Dry and also have a range of rums distilled from sugar cane sourced from the Caribbean.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Packaged August Ffs. Also label states hops are magnum centennial cascade and simcoe. No idea. Anyway. Murked up dark gold. Messy white foam. Decent fruity hoppage. Sweet grain backdrop. Lean bitterness. Decent enough for its four months on a fridge shelf.

Can at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a reluctant off white cap. Aroma is semi sweet, zesty orange rind.dirty biscuit malts, grass,, pine,. Flavour is composed of dirty grains, toasted, biscuit cut grass, firm bitterness, chalky finish orange rind. Lingering dirty bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, mineral dryness, spritzy carbonation. Ok.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, plum moderate chocolate - coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, fruity malt - dark fruit, coffee - chocolate, plum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191009]

440ml from Tŷ Seidr, Aberystwyth. Poured almost black with a thin off-white head. The aroma is big toffee caramel. The flavour is over moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, toffee, light floral, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
