Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity malt, orange, fruity hops, hops bitter, light nutty. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, dark fruit, wood, tobacco, light toasted - roasted, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, brown sugar, kvass like, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211106]

My Xmas beer no 5 this year 21/22.Amber colour with off small head.Aroma is flowery with mild citrus nots lively and weak texture and boring overall.

Clear amber, tiny fizzy offwhite head. Malty, caramely aroma, lots of CO2 at first. Fizzy mouthfeel. Caramely flavour light grapefruit. Malty, slightly metallic finish.
