Re-rate 8/30/11: Bottle. Bottled a month ago, bought at the brewery. Clear deep amber with a big beige head. Aroma of fruits, some cereals and a bit of caramel. Sweetish malty flavor with some caramel, a bit of apples, light acidic notes and a tiny bit of cardboard. Finishes with light bitterness. Medium-bodied. 5/4/6/3/11=2.9
Bottle. Deep amber with a medium bubbly beige head. Malty aroma with some toast, a bit of spices and lots of fruitiness - some apples and surprisingly some notes of berries. Sweetish flavor with malt, some fruitiness, a bit of toast, a bit of metal and a bit of yeast. A rather dry finish, lightly bitter and lightly sour, with hints of smoke and hops. Medium-bodied. A bit unusual, and definitely not an Altbier. Not great, but ok. 7/3/5/3/12=3

0.33L bottle. Murky light brown colour with some orange taint. Aroma of malt which gives way to strong aromas which resemble "pomme the Normandie" (An apperitif made from cider and calvados), Behind them a touch of cinamon, amazing. the flavour is dominated by sour apples and the aftertaste is quite sour but not too long. This is certainly not your everyday beer, my compliments to the brewer for making such a wonderfully different and distinct kind of beer.

33 cL bottle (says export on the label). Pours golden clear yellow with a lacing head. Grainy aroma. Flavour is grainy, dry and grassy. Finish is slight bitter with a bit of grass again.

Bottle. Unlike most of the ratings here, this is for the original version brewed in the Palestinian territories, and not for the cotract-brewed one. Golden-colored beer with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, some noticeable nice hoppiness, and a bit of citrus in there as well. Sweet malt, some fruitiness and a bit of caramel in the flavor, with only very faint notes of the nice hoppiness of the aroma. Body is too thin. Overall an ok beer. 6/3/5/2/11=2.7

0.33L bottle. dark golden colour, Noticeble hoppy aroma, some carbonation, complex spice and vanila flavours .very pleasant bitterness, excellent pilsener and a great summer beer.

Despite a promising golden pour, the aroma and flavor quickly brought this beer down to below average. Certainly tastier than many a pale lager, the artificial aftertaste left me immediately thinking drain pour. Aromas of grain, hay and straw with some grass and celery notes. Light body and fizzy carbonation. Medicinal lemon finish.

Poured a deep brown with ruby red highlights and a large off white head. A very pretty beer. Aroma is roasted malts, sweet, and some bitter hops. Flavor is sweet, slight roasted malts, and herbs. Finishes with a little bitterness. Body is a bit thin with too much carbonation. Can’t say I like this beer, but wasn’t a bad experiance either.
