Description
3ienchs is a name that came into existence long before their bottles found their way into hoppy hands. Their first experience began in 2015 in front of a small pot and a few bags of grain.
If the 3ienches had been able, they would have become rockstars, unfortunately we like the guitar more than she likes us. So we chose to drink saturated riff enthusiasts like us. Modern, accessible recipes which from the first drops open the doors to the path of craft beer. A “Stairway To Heaven” of our own, in which we put all our know-how and our identity.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy hops notes with some tropical notes undertones is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of tropical hoppy undertone with some juicy notes and a fruity finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Solid American IPA with nice tropical features.

Nice one overall. Mellow resin and candied citrus, some bitter grass, pine and rind. Sun-baked pale malts. Looks good. The balance is there. Drinks pretty good.

Bit of a throwback beer, mostly in good ways. Sturdy malt backbone. Rich and semi-ripe citrus fruits. Moderate bitter rind and pine. Some sweet honeysuckle. A little sun-baked straw. Drinks fine overall.

Fast gone coffeecream head over bit cold hazed chestnut coloured beer. Rainwater, caramel, whiff of halogens. Not much in the way of nose. Caramel, toffee, DMS with seafruit notes. And again, very demure. Quite slick, good carbonation, medium bodied at best. Sorry, doesn't rock for me. Txs to Stef!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas, Great Portland Street. Pours lightly unclear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white topping. Lightly sweet with nips of ripening lemon, white grape, subtle wheat, straw, biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Prettt clean finish, simple bready malts, wheat flakes, slight bitter hay. Drinks fine.

slightly opalescent dark golden to amber colour, large, dense and quite long lasting ecru-ish head; aroma of tangerine, pineapple, mango, litchi, some grapefruit, orange juicy and piney and slight grape peel notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; great IPA
