We are committed to doing our part for the environment at the brewery. Our used malt goes to some local farms for use in agriculture. We also use our spent hops for composting, which helps enrich our small garden, where we attempt to grow some classic British hop varieties such as Fuggle and Target.
Closed because of retirement.

On keg at Cloisters. Appearance - deep amber to red with a nice lacy head. Nose - toffee and an edge of orange. Taste - the toffee piles on in. Some nuts. There’s always a percentage of nutters. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - decent example of the style.
