We are committed to doing our part for the environment at the brewery. Our used malt goes to some local farms for use in agriculture. We also use our spent hops for composting, which helps enrich our small garden, where we attempt to grow some classic British hop varieties such as Fuggle and Target.
Closed because of retirement.

Black beer, thick head. Light marshmallowy smell and it's there in the taste too with malty chocolate. It's quite mellow in flavour but rich and smooth and very drinkable.
