Mild ripe banana but always love my belgians.
Raspberry juice with nice salt and balance.
Nitro really adds sweetness to the coffee, real nice.
Coconut, chocolate, roasty. Medium body. Well executed porter on a blustery evening. Using as a palate cleanser before the next Monkish.

I saw this beer in a four pack at The Cellar today, bought it and now opening the first 12 oz can. I sorta dig the understated label. Domestic brewers tend to do Belgian pale ales pretty well, now it's Manhattan Project's turn, all imo. A snifter from Buffalo Bayou does duty, a complete Texas project, and I determine a clear yellow body with a velvety head of fine white bubbles that mostly goes away. A scent of yellow fruit, grain and gravel. But the taste, pretty all right. Apricot, white bread, spice of some kind with a bit of edge to it. Agreeable without being great. IMO.
