Mayador Sidra 4.1% from Yoshida in Toyama, 270yen+tx. Pouring a soft fizzy gold it has a tart cork + Apple nose. The taste is interesting - Apple, tart, acidic, a bit herbal. Light yet interesting but the carbonation is a bit much for my tastes.

Bottle. Bright pink-red colour. Fresh, crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Rather sweet, but balanced by subtle sourness. Pleasant apple character. Very good.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours pale yellow with a light sparkle. Light lemon curd aroma. Taste is quite accessible & sweet for a Spanish cider, a touch sickly but still moderately light with soft hints of green apple.

Bottle, cosecha 2011, small quickly dissapearing head, lively carbonation, clear deepish yellow colour, fruity aroma with some wood, vinegar and leathery notes, dominant flavour of fruit and leather, balanced sweetness and sourness. Excellent serious cider.

Bottle. Pours a light yellow color (almost golden) with a big but fast dissapearing white head. Vinous aroma with notes of white grapes and pale vineager. Sweet fruity taste. Notes of pear and white grapes. Semi dry finish. High carbonation. Elegant!
