Bottled at RBESG. Hazy pale yellow. Lesthery aroma with fresh ripe apples. Low on carbonation. More apples skin and barnyard than thei demi sec, also less sweet. The apple skin bitterness is quite marked.

RBESG08 grand tasting. Hazy yellow body. Light sweetish appley nose. Far less funky and simpler than the Brut, just sweet and appley, but that made it more likable for me. A solid , nice French cider that I would drink again.

RBESG08 grand tasting. Poured a little of both ciders and then forgot which is which. Brilliant. Still, I think I got them right in the end. Hazy yellow/gold body. A dry, funky, corky apple nose. The taste is funky as well, notes of glue and apples. Sweetish. Ok but not the way I like my ciders I guess.
