Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 17/10/22. Almost clear golden orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl and spotting. Nose is herb, funk, dry rot, yeast esters, hedgerow, light white peppery spice, damp straw. Taste comprises bretted pangs, orchard wood, lemon rind, funk, damp cloth, oak, dusty fruits, vinous trace. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok drop.

Bottle at home picked up from Cotteridge Wines. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lively white frothy head that fades. Aroma is big horsey funk, blanket, little tcp, medicinal, lemon , Flavour is composed of earthy grains, straw, horsey funk, bretty, dry citrus, drying oak tannin, Palate is dry, grainy, some tannin, frothy carbonation. Interesting stuff.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass - herbs - leather, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, wheat, horse blanket, funky, leather, minerals, herbs - grass, dry.
