Bottle picked up from Bierothek, Nürnberg and consumed at new home, Manghlam, Innernzell, Bayerisch Wald in the company of Jude and Baz, shared this with Baz Wednesday 2nd August 2023. Pours hazy dark brown with a small head. Malty with some dark fruits, plums and perhaps cherry. There is a little bit of tobacco and wood, boozy and warming but all told not a great deal going on and a rather forgettable experience.

dark brown colour, moderate sized creamy beige head; aroma of dried sour cherry, prune, soy sauce, some apricot jam, burnt sugary and minimal chocolate notes; taste his basically the same; I am surprised that this beer has such a low rating

hazy brown colour, only some minimal beige lacing; aroma of dried sour cherry, dark chocolate, some prune, vanilla and port wine notes; taste is similar to the aroma with intensive (burnt) plum jam, syrupy notes and some spicy alcohol; surprisingly good and complex 'lager'

Well hmmm. Old bottle or something. Loads of oxidation or something. This one was weird and maybe not as it should Felt like a solid dose of soya sause [Bottle at Yngwie Plaza in Tveit, Norway]

Solsletta 081022. Dark red brown color with no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, alcohol. Flavor is malt, caramel, alcohol, booze, dried frui , sugar. Too boozy.

Pours dark reddish brown with no head. Aroma has notes of malty and a lot of alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet and light bitter with a very warm, boozy and malty finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat
