0.33 bottle at Lehuto in Budapest. Hazy amber with a gushing frothy off white head. A lot of foam in the glass, couldn’t help it. Herbal, but maybe some green apple, red fruits? Strange, sour. Infected? What’s wrong with these people?

0.33 bottle from Beerosag. Murky brown, no head. Coffee, cappuccino, some off flavors. Creamy texture, green apple prevails. Sweet finish. Not so good.Infected probably. Re-rate at Hopfanatic. Not infected this time, although has some off flavors. Coffee, roasty, milky. Roasted barley dominates this one with chocolate and coffee in the background. Dry finish, dusty and roasty all the way. Not bad.

0.33 bottle at Beerosag, Budapest. Clear dark golden, small off white head. Honey, sugars, malts. No hoppy character. Some hops in mouth, pines, herbs. Some bitterness. Week finish. Could have more body. Not bad.

On tap at Beerosag, Budapest. Hazy dark golden, small off white head. Fresh hops, herbal, alcohol. Some say it’s to bitter, but I wouldn’t say so. Hoppy, but also malty. Light to medium body. Sweet finish. Not impressed, but I might be wrong about this one.

33 cl bottle at Lehuto, Budapest. 70 IBU, 990 Ft. Amber color, hazy, yeast in suspension. Short but persistent fine offwhite head, fresh nose. Aroma has a bucket of english-american hops, lots of resin. Taste is intensely bitter. Body is medium, soft carbonation, long dry btter finish. This is a real bitter one. A bit difficult to deal with tho.

33 cl bottle at Léhűtő, Budapest, 70 IBU, 890Ft. Milky light yellow color, huge white head, lots of yeast in suspension. Aroma: citrus, wheat, white wine, prosecco wine, some fruity tones of banana, starch. Lightly spicy maybe white pepper and coriander. Body is medium, huge carbonation, sparkling. Only 6% abv but feels boozy. Taste is well balanced from the fruity sweetness and the generous bittering hops, tart, citric-sour. Finish is lemon-dry, astringent, quite long and spicy. Hoppy wheat ale, somehow in between weizen and witbier with more power. Nice one.

33cl bottle at Léhűtő, Budapest, 990Ft. Amber color thick creamy offwhite head, plenty of lacing. Classic IPA smell. Aroma of caramel malts, some grapefruit, red grapes, huge amount of american hops (centennial, willamette, chinhook). Winey aftertaste. Taste curve is very sharp, citrusy at beginning intense bitterness in the finish. Finis is smooth even if fairly dry, with fruity overtones. Rock solid raw ipa.
