Can. Gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma was weak grains. Taste was not very good. Just a money grab on a name.

12 oz. can from Total Wine - Daytona Beach. Fitting. Pours a crystal clear dark gold color with a large off white head and great retention. Good lacing. As expected, it has a coconut and hops aroma. And the taste follows the nose. Coconut flavor first, with the hops in the finish. The two flavors kind of cancel each other out, so neither is dominant. Mellow bitterness for 55 IBU. Medium body. Lower than average carbonation. The mix kinda works. Certainly better than a regular IPA.

12 oz. can from Total Wine - Daytona Beach. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and decent retention. Minimal lacing. Soft bready malt aroma. Sweet pale malt flavor with very little bready notes in the finish. Very clean and very crisp. Smooth too. Medium-light body. Not bitter. Not much of a blonde ale, but a very good pale lager.

Not sure how you should label this pint, since it tastes nothing like an IPA or a coconut beer. Just kinda is. Mild caramel and orange notes are followed by a yeasty tartness and a complete lack of bitterness. Nothing here, folks.

12 oz. can from Total Wine, Scottsdale, AZ. Pours a semi-clear light yellow color with a small white head and poor retention. Zero lacing. Grainy lager aroma. Grainy and sweet corn flavor. A little diacetyl in the finish. A very generic macro lager flavor. Slightly slick mouthfeel. Light body. Just an okay lager. Harmless.

On Tap at Payette. Clear medum light amber with a thin spotty head. Definately some coconut here but also some more toasted malts. Very mild and lightly hopped. Perhaps it has lost some of its IPA character.
