12 oz can generously sent by my secret Santa, Nimbleprop. The pour is a slightly hazed golden yellow with a fizzy one inch white head that falls quickly. The aroma is clove, herbal, straw and a hint of lemon citrus. The taste is herbal clove up front, the lemon citrus rind and finishes with a straw malt backbone. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the lingering clove and straw finish. Tasty Saison, thanks, Andrew.
