750 bought at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color. A sweet massive spicy nose. Excellent balance of spices cinnamon, sweet honey, light heat. Some banana. Very well done.

375 from the Brewery. Pours a clear yellow color. A light apple nose with big pears. Smooth, light honey, more pears, very light. The palate is super light almost smooth as water. Finishes very clean and ends quickly. Well done.

375 ml bottle. Pours a brilliant red color, very clear with little sticky legs. A nice nose of big earthy berries, honey. Sweet, rich raspberries, even some tartness, very natural, light sweet honey. Not super sweet, massive natural berries. Very good. Excellent use of the fruit, it overpowers the honey to an extent. Smooth.

My first rating of this elusive local product. Bottle thanks to Dallas. Pours a clear yellow color with light sticky legs. A nice nose of spices and big honey. The flavor was very nice: not a big sticky or sweet mead, saffron, earthiness, light sticky sugary honey, thin, very smooth. Ends with candies and honey. A fairly smooth drink with lots to like!
