New England this is not! Super clean, fresh. It is an IPA as per what’s IPA is. They did serve it with the best food all night, that being said it’s kinda hard to duck up mashed potatoes.

Hazy as hell. Sweet but just on the line of too much sweet. Ramp this up and you could get a lambic. Put that S in a port barrel and let it sit for 2 years, yum. (The bratwurst wasn’t grilled, and it just had no texture.

Super malty, it’s like a Guinness but better. Strong on the chocolate. Throw this on an infuser over cherries, bing or pitted, or go the other way with some milk chocolate and make this a milk stout. Excellent backbone for others. Excellent beers.

Hefe the beer is better than the food! The rice is sticky and the breading sticks to my teeth. The wheat beer is super dry but I didn’t get the banana or the slice that was promised.
