16 oz. Aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, dark bread. Pours very dark brown to black with a one finger beige head with decent retention. Taste is mildly bittersweet, finishing dry, with flavors like the aroma. Faint notes of bourbon if I really think about it. Nice velvety mouthfeel. Good stuff.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of blueberries, cinnamon. Pours hazy purple with a one finger pinkish white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately sour (6/10) and pretty sweet with blueberry crumble and wheaty flavors. Mouthfeel is watery. A nice pastry sour.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of grain, mild banana and bubblegum. Pours hazy golden with a one finger off-white head that settles into a ring pretty quickly. Taste has more of the banana and grain flavor. Sweet with faint bitterness and faint acidity. I could use a lot more hefe phenols and esters. It almost tastes like a pale lager base with faint banana character rather than a proper Bavarian hefeweizen.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of bready malt, cantaloupe, apple. Pours nearly clear golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls into a big-bubbly ring after a minute. Taste has a bready malt sweetness backed by light bitterness. Alcohol hidden well. Nice triple IPA.
