Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white broken head. The aroma was a little malty leading to a weak bitter flavour with lots of malt and a rather strange aftertaste. Not a classic!

Sampled from can @ Deanso. Clear yellow-golden color with a small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly bitter. Not much to it but no major flaws either. Low body and carbonation.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a firm mid-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Grainy malty aroma with subtle fruity notes of citrus and apricot, accompanied by spots of dust and glue. Moderately sweet and shy bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly grainy taste with mildly fruity notes and a tinge of sugar; sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish with a well-covered alcoholic strength. No highlight but better than expected. 23.II.13

330ml bottle - Pours a pitch black with mahogany hues and a thick tan head that recedes into a thin froth, but still leaves decent lacing. Nose is ripe dark fruits, liquorice, coffee and roasted malts. Taste is cocoa, roasted malt, dried fruit and burnt brown sugar. A mellow light coffee finishes it out. Nice creamy mouth feel. The ABV is hidden perfectly. Good stout. A good one for beer 700.

Can. It’s a clear, pale golden beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma is quite weak, with grains and some fruityness. Not much bitterness in the flavor, but just hints. Pale malts and fruityness too. Thin on the palate, quite dry. A very boring one, actually it’s a waste of ingredients, but at least it’s not bad tasting. 130216
