Description
4th Tap is a small, worker-owned brewery located in north Austin. A couple of Austin-natives banded together with a few transplants from Houston, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi to build the 4th Tap brewery in their old stomping grounds of north/central Austin. After 6 years of work, they finally opened their doors to the public in late 2015 with a focus on inspired ingredients to make honest beer.

Pine and a little booze, sugar. Not as dry as most Brut IPAs I've had. Too sugary. Golden pour with ok head. Not great for a style that's generally not great. Can.

On tap at River City Grill, Round Rock. Clear medium amber under a small short lived off white head leaving minimal lace. Nose is caramel and citrus. Flavour is medium- caramel sweetness with a medium tropical fruit bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. Malts are a little too forward.
