Cask gravity @ The 3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford CM23. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with no head. Has a fruity slightly tart apple aroma with woody hints. Frity sweetish woody apple flavor. Has a dry rum woody apple finish.

Cask @ The Harp, London. RBESG 2011. Pours golden with a off white head. Fruity and funky apples. Red apples. Oaky and tart with a subdued smoked whisky note. Really dry end. Nice.

Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, vinegar, aceton. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long to average duration, acetone, vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110731]

Box@3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford. Hazy goldeny yellow colour with a small white bubbly head. Aroma is apples, yeast, wood, some toffee and mild pear notes. Flavour is apples, yeast and some mild wooden and pear notes as well.
