Cask at Craft Clerko. It pours crazy cloudy orange - amber with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is rich, sweet, juicy, apple skin, apple pie, light spice, barnyard and must. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, apple skin, lemon rind, earthy, apple pie, apple cider vinegar, barnyard and must with a drying and sort of tannic finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A bit harsh in places but tastes proper.

Cask at the Red Lion, Amblecote at 4%. Pours hazy pink orange with no carbonation. Aroma is sour apple and cough syrup. Taste has cheesy apple to start with a blackberry cough syrup.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 5. 12/08/2017.�A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is sour, funky horse blanket, hint of vinegar, wet dog. Flavour is composed of semi sweet spicy sour, spicy apple mouldy funk, funky grape funk. Palate is semi sweet and tangy, dry finish,. Good funky rustic cider, didn’t get a lot of Rioja character.

Cask at Cock Tavern. It pours hazy dark gold - orange with no head. The aroma is rich, bright, big time apple, red apple, apple pie, acidic tang, barnyard, manure and funk. The taste is tart, tangy, bright acidity, sweet - sour, apple, farmyard, white grape, tannin and funky must with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Good chewy and tangy proper cider action.

Cask at Craft Brixton. It pours hazy golden with minimal head. The aroma is juicy, tangy apple, earthy, funky, barnyard, dirt, light manure, spice and apple pie. The taste is soft, really juicy, fruity, tang, apple pie, apricot, bit of barnyard, lime and wood with a dry, yet juicy finish. Medium body and limited carbonation. Very juicy stuff. Classy real cider.

Cask at Cock, 08/06/17. Murked up light orange with a small head that soon thins. Nose is smoked straw, tarte apple shit, funk, light spice, pastry. Taste comprises 2 week old apple pie, smoked straw, porky tunes, earthy, funk licks, tannins, barrel dirt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close with some warmth. Funky shit ... one hote cidre here ... kind of liked it but only in small doses !

Cask at the cock. A translucent greeny yellow no head. Aroma is hot spicy apple, petrol, robust, spicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet crisp apple, woody, apple pips, burny spicy, hot alcohol. Dirty rustic cider. Palate is semi sweet, spicy burny finish.

Cask at Cock Tavern. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is funky, musty, dirty, barnyard, baked beans, funk, bonfire smoke and apple pie. The taste is bitter - sweet, funky, juicy, tangy, apple pie, earthy, barnyard, brett, wood, stewed orange, baked beans, tannin and some acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Unusual for sure. Funky and dirty.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 21 April 2017) Hazy golden amber colour with no head. Fruity nose with notes of ripe red apples, honey and a touch of citrus. Fruity, slightly tart taste with musty apples, honey, a touch of cinnamon and a finish with a slight sweetness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Keg at CBC Clerko for the tap takeover. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is robust spicy apple, rubber,, woody tanin notes. Flavour is composed of sweet woody apple apple pips,, plastic, woody, sticky sweet . Palate is woody, semi sweet moderate carbonation decent.
