4/6/2026. Bottle courtesy of Belen, cheers! Pours well. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, fruity, malty, hints of banana and bubblegum, with some midget gem. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Some caramel on the finish. Oily. Light foamy carbonation. It’s not bad.

opalescent golden colour, huge, dense and long lasting ivory-like white head; aroma of some piney, citrusy, grapefruity and buttery-biscuity notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, some biscuity and buttery notes again; not really extraordinary - and I am not 100% sure that this buttery note in the taste and aroma is intentional...

Bottle at Peter Mc Cool in St Martin: pours murky dark brown with small head. Aroma is bready, macro Belgian ale notes. Sweetish, very low bitterness, grainy. Generally drinkable and weirdly refreshing.
