Draft @ Le Stuart, Dol de Bretagne. Pours a misty pale yellow, small white head. Aroma of zesty lemon, continues to taste alongside a hint a hint of vinegar and a lick of lemon cif perhaps .. not for me.

Slightly hazy yellow/amber pour. Malt and lemon in the nose. Taste is similar with some herbal notes. OK overall. Glad to see that it’s organic.

(Keg at Le Petit Bar, 20240611) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel, yeast and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, yeast, spiciness, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy malty and bitter. A little bit unbalanced flavours.
