--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep amber. Caramelly ginger aroma. Sweetish with medium body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Shar and caramelly with plenty of cloves and ginger. Low bitterness. Sterile.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with cinnamon abd cloves. Sweet with medium body and bold, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and brown sugar, lots of cinnaon and cloves. Low bitterness. Simplistic but OK.

Das Öko-Karl-Bier ist ein recht leichtes Helles, das leicht trüb kommt. Es lässt sich gut und leicht trinken, da es schön süffig ist, aber so richtig in die Tiefe geht es nicht. Gemütliches Sommerbier ja, interessante Craft-Bier nein -aber es gefällt mir, dass es ein weiteres Bio-Bier gibt.

Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, spicy, Xmas spices, clove, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, caramelized malt, Xmas spices, clove, cinnamon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220204]
