Bottle purchased from the cidery stall at St Helier xmas market. It pours hazy gold with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is sweet, juicy, oily, apple, pear, earth, barnyard, apple pie, melon and spice. The taste is sweet apple, spicy, earth, barnyard, honeydew melon, pear, light acidity, sherbet and some mouth-pucker with a dryish finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Easy going and drinkable stuff.

750ml bottle from the cidery stall at St Helier xmas market. It pours hazy pale orange with a small fizzy white head. The nose is sweet apple crumble, stewed pear, passion fruit, barnyard, some acidity, earthy, funk and custard. The taste is crisp, tart, light acidity, juicy fresh apple, pear drops, nectarine, vinous quality, some funky barnyard, fruit pie and sherbet and a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and effervescent carbonation. Nice depth of flavour and brilliant balance. Very drinkable and quaffable. The best of the bunch.

Bottle from the Cidery stall at St Helier. It pours hazy light orange with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is sweet juicy apple, tropical fruit cocktail, peach, pineapple and light earth/barnyard. The taste is sweet juicy apple, apple pie, pineapple, light barnyard, pear drops, faint acidity, sherbet and lemon bitters with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. I could go a bit dryer for sure, but I like it. Like tropical fruit punch.

Bottle from cidery stall in St Helier. It pours hazy orange with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is earthy, light funk, apple skin, fruit pie, light vinous and barnyard. The taste is sweet-sour, apple pie, wine gums, sherbet, apple skin, white sugar, earthy and light barnyard, with a lightly sweet finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice hints of earthy barnyard funk about it, but too sweet on the taste for my liking. Good stuff anyhow.
