12oz bottle pours clear copper with tan head. The aroma offers up spicy yeast, apples, pears, malts and a light sense of rauch malts. The taste is similar with apple, peach and some apricot like fruitiness. It then picks up yeasty spices, malts and a touch of dry mildly roasted maltiness. Nice flavor.

On tap at the brewpub
Appearance: Clear yellow with a medium sized white head that dissipates fairly quickly leaving a lot of lacing in the glass
Aroma: Floral and grapefruit
Taste: Light malts, grainy and floral
I wasn’t sure if I’d like this from my past experience with gluten free beers. But this was a pleasant surprise. It was nice and light, crisp and clean.

Amber. Not much head. Sort of a dull hop aroma - there’s lots in there, but they’re dull. Earthy, but the bitterness is low for the style. The malts, which are slightly caramelly and a little bit earthy, don’t mix well with the hop character... not something I’d get excited about.

Dull gold-beige. The aroma is a mix of limey citrus and stale hops. Earthy taste, quite stale, oxidized. Really this cannot be in good form. I guess they (or their NM distributor) thought using a beer fest as a dumping ground was a good idea. Er, no, that’s where people go to form opinions about your beer.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, alcohol, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and alcohol, leading to dry and bitter finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of blutt59. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lazing off-white head. Fresh, peachy hop aroma. Solid body, sweet malts and fruit with a lovely peachy fruitiness. A well made DIPA in a perfect balance. 131011

Pours clear deep copper with thin white head. The aroma is sort of dank plum and apricot and then it gets a touch salty too. The taste is a pleasing mix of tartness and sweet apples and pears. To midway and into the finish it picks up a bit of saltiness too. Nice balance of flavors here.
