The Queer Brewing Project is a non-profit collaborative brewing project, led by Lily Waite. Its aim is to raise the profile and awareness of LGBTQ people in the brewing and hospitality industries through events and special, one-off beers.

On tap at the Black Cap, Camden on 3rd April 2026. Pale, straw coloured with shallow white foam affording a full lacing. Tangy tropical fruits in aroma. Tangy citrus in-mouth, and a finish of juices, zests and subtle spices. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st March 2026. Almost impenetrably black with shallow disappearing foam and spot lacing. Fresh coffee aroma. Light roastiness in-mouth and finish. Light bodied with a mouthfeel akin to a porter, rather than a stout.
